Alright, I came to this place three summers ago and nearly died.. Literally. We came in the middle of summer, and it really was a DEATHly Valley. The temperature that day was 120 degrees Fahrenheit (or 49 degrees Celsius), making it almost impossible to actually step out and see the attractions. It actually did not matter, to be honest, however. Just when I thought things could not get worse, our car air conditioning broke and we were stuck in the middle of nowhere with no cool place to go to- for 8 hours. Every breath felt as if I was breathing fire and it was just about the most awful day I have ever lived. Winter here is more bearable- a lot more  bearable. Today was even a bit chilly. For those of you out there who love to drive amidst great scenery and on fun roads, this is the place for you! In terms of driving, today was just a blast! Unfortunately, I left my camera behind in our Las Vegas time-share room so my phone did the job today. Although I tried my best, I apologize for the indecent pictures in advance!
